Nose Heavy marshmallow and subtle spiced apple cider. Petrichor. Hint of bubble gum.

Palate Honeysuckle and graham cracker. Mashmallow transfers from the nose. This is a camping whiskey. White pepper and rye spice right before the finish. Subtle nougat.

Finish Warm and toasty. Barrel char. Drinks at proof, but the finish has fairly high stamina.
