Nose Scents of peach and pear soaked into oak wood. Soft peppercorn dots the aroma. Waves of black cherry and ripe banana come from underneath a comfortable layer of warm brown sugar.

Palate Black cherry transfers from the nose complemented by dark chocolate and smooth caramel. An explosion of spice washes over every taste bud adding an element of heat that delivers a shocking variety of flavor: Ginger, apple, melon, cayenne, cinnamon, oak, and subtle leather.

Finish There is a burn that dissipates quickly, dropping off toffee and tobacco in the mouth. The burn seems to retrace its steps, returning the cinnamon notably, and a myriad of baking spices.

Story A frigid, glistening morning—amber daylight burns off the dew and you can’t discern between your breath and the fog.
